1 General Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the fa44 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing the fa44.lat website, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed fully to these Terms.

fa44 is a trusted online casino and betting platform built specifically for players in Bangladesh. Reading these Terms carefully before using our services is mandatory for every member.

2 Age Restriction & Membership Eligibility

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use fa44's services:

• You must act on your own behalf — managing an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

• fa44 may request relevant documents for account verification (KYC) at any time, and it is the member's responsibility to provide them.

fa44 reserves the right to reject any registration application and is not obligated to provide a reason for doing so.

3 Account Security & Password

Protecting your fa44 account is entirely your own responsibility. The following must be observed:

3.1 Keeping Login Credentials Safe

Keep your username and password confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the fa44 support team immediately. fa44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in such situations.

3.3 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or assigning an account is strictly prohibited. fa44 reserves the right to permanently close any transferred account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The most popular payment methods in Bangladesh are supported for convenient and secure transactions on the fa44 platform.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on fa44 are currently available via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No payment methods outside this list are supported.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

fa44 generally processes withdrawal requests within 10–45 minutes. However, delays may occur due to bank business hours, internal bank processes, or unusually large transactions.

4.4 Verification Requirements

fa44 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents (national ID, bank statement, etc.) in a timely manner may delay the withdrawal process.

4.5 Deposits from Your Own Account

Users must deposit from a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be rejected.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

fa44 offers attractive bonuses for members. The following conditions apply to all bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. At fa44, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each member may receive a bonus offer only once.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household, the same device, or the same IP address is prohibited.
• Attempting to withdraw before the bonus conditions are met may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
• fa44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses apply only to members who wager for genuine entertainment purposes — using bonus-dependent arbitrage strategies may result in the bonus being cancelled.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

fa44's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can progress to higher tiers based on the consistency and level of your play. VIP benefits apply only to active account holders, and fa44 determines the cashback amount at its own discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fa44 platform:

• Any activity related to money laundering or illegal fund flows.
• Gaining an advantage using bots, automated software, hacking tools, or any other unethical technology.
• Intentionally exploiting any system error or bug for an advantage — any such error must be reported to fa44 immediately.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Disrupting the normal operations of the platform, harassing other members, or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner in favor of the same person or entity (Syndicate Betting).

If any such activity is detected, fa44 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play Policy

Every game on fa44 is conducted fairly and transparently. All members should be aware of the following:

8.1 Game Results

All game results on fa44 are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is independent — previous results do not influence the next.

8.2 Technical Errors

If any bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be returned to the member's account. If a connection is lost or a session ends, results that have already been determined will stand.

8.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum limits apply to each game and bet. fa44 reserves the right to change these limits at any time and members will be notified of any changes.

9 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion Policy

• Deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion options are available on fa44.
• If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, contact the support team immediately.

11.2 Closure at fa44's Initiative

fa44 reserves the right to close an account in cases of Terms violations, suspicious activity, or fraud. In such cases, bonus-related balances may be cancelled.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

fa44 is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by server outages, internet disconnections, or any other unexpected technical issues. However, every effort will be made to refund the bet amount affected in such situations.

14 Miscellaneous Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. A one-time waiver of any condition by fa44 does not guarantee that the same condition will be waived in the future.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version is authoritative. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version will prevail.
